Please keep in mind that no two people care for their hair the same way. There are so many factors to consider; products used, climate, water, how often hair is washed, heating tools, and of course how you individually care for our hair. However, considering the best proper care is being done, we have seen our raw hair last a minimum of 3+ years and longer. Our steam processed hair will last about 1+ years or longer. Sulfate free shampoo and conditioner is best with both collections of hair. The longevity also depends on how well you take care of the hair. We do not suggest cutting the weft as it can cause shedding.
When washing the hair, we suggest that you let the hair air dry. Never sleep on wet hair it can cause matting. We always recommend co-washing the hair once received. We recommend wrapping your hair every night with a scarf or bonnet. Please limit the amount of heat used on the hair. We have no specific regimen on how you should wash the hair. How you wash the hair is all up to you, everyone has their own preference on how to wash and take care of the hair. If you do have question, feel free to contact us.
You can treat your new hair just as you would your own. You can color, cut, curl or straighten it any style you desire. However, when coloring hair (Any Pattern) we recommend that you consult with a professional. We are not responsible for any alterations made to the hair after it is delivered to you.
If you are purchasing lengths between 12″ & 18″, you will need two bundles.
If you are purchasing lengths between 20″ & 30″, you will need three to four bundles.
If you are purchasing lengths between 30″ & UP, you will need four bundles.
Always use your longest purchased length to determine the correct amount of hair to purchase.
Please order the hair at least two weeks before making a hair appointment. Keep in mind these are just suggestions.

Can I color my wig?
Yes. All our units are 100% unprocessed human hair that can be colored and or bleached any level desired. However, when coloring hair (Any Pattern) we recommend that you consult with a professional. We are not responsible for any alterations made to the wig after it is delivered to you.
Do wigs from our require maintenance?
Absolutely, treat your unit like your own hair. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products. We prefer sulfate free products. Conditioning your hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable. We recommend using a deep conditioner on your unit once per week but avoid using oil or heavy styling products.
How long will this unit last?
With good maintenance, this unit can last a minimum of one year. Please treat this hair as your own. Please remember that excessive heat and/or color can/will result in the reduction of its natural pattern of the hair.
Does this hair shed?
Any hair that has been manufactured and stitched onto a weft is entitled to experience minimum shedding. Remember, proper maintenance is extremely important and advised.
How long does it take to receive custom wig units?
It takes 3-5 business days for processing and additional 7-21 business days for unit to be made and customized. Please keep in mind the days could be shorter. Once unit is fully completed you will receive a tracking number.
How often can I wash my wig unit?
You can wash your wig unit as often as you like. We suggest you cleanse the hair once every two weeks with sulfate free products to keep the unit silky, nourished, soft and manageable.
Ready to ship wigs?
Ready to ship wigs are factory made wigs that have been bleached, plucked and styled and ready to ship. We also offer factory made wigs that are not customized. Factory made wigs are 21” (Small), 22” (Medium), and 23” (Large).
Custom wigs are wigs that are made using your head measurements. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you send the correct measurements so the wig will fit securely and won’t slip off. The best way to measure your head correctly is to use measuring tape.
